Fees:
$15 per pet monthly pet rent.
Small dogs under 30lbs is a $300 pet fee.
Large dogs up to 80lbs is a $500 pet fee.
Guidelines: To ensure a happy environment for all residents, pets are welcome once the pet agreement is signed and all fees and deposits are paid. Please make sure your pets are housebroken and up-to-date with licenses and immunizations. All pets must be on flea prevention and proof of treatment must be submitted upon approval and at each renewal. For their safety and that of others, pets must be walked in designated areas and kept on a leash when outside. We kindly ask owners to clean up after their pets.
